  • Track your order status directly by logging into your Never Darker account → My Orders → Select the relevant order to view real-time tracking updates.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to sync with the carrier’s system; please allow this time frame before contacting support.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote Area Surcharge: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., rural mountain regions, island territories) may incur an additional $10–$25 surcharge. This fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Oversized Items: Certain large outdoor lighting fixtures (e.g., commercial-grade floodlights, landscape light sets) may require specialized shipping and will have a separate, clearly marked shipping fee at checkout.

5. Delivery & Receipt Guidelines

  • Carriers will deliver packages to your registered shipping address. A signature is required for orders over $100 to ensure secure delivery.
  • If you are unavailable to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for in-store pickup or re-delivery scheduling.
  • Inspect Your Package Immediately: If your order arrives damaged, or with missing items, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents for assistance.
