Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details immediately after payment, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

1.2 Shipping Destinations & Methods

We only sell and ship ecosalite products to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories). We exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipments to ensure your ecosalite outdoor salt water lamp is delivered safely and on time. The shipping method will be automatically selected based on your U.S. shipping address and package weight.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package, in line with USPS shipping rates. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We offer free USPS shipping for all orders with a total amount of $60 or more; no additional promotional code is required, and the free shipping offer will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

1.4 Delivery Time

Delivery time follows USPS official package delivery standards, varies by shipping destination and method, and does not include order processing time (1-3 business days):

  • The product is not customized or personalized (we do not accept returns for customized items).

Note: For returns due to product defects or errors (e.g., wrong product, damaged during shipping), the above packaging and unused conditions may be waived, but you must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the defect or error.

  2. Select the order you wish to return, click “Initiate Return”, and fill in the return reason, details, and upload relevant evidence (if applicable).
  3. After we review and approve your return request (usually within 1-2 business days), we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Package your product securely (preferably using the original packaging) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Note: Returns without an RA number will be refused or delayed in processing. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure we receive your package safely.
